Summer for kids in Lana

A family holiday means balancing the needs of all family members. No worries about that in Lana and the surrounding region. There’s an extensive summer programme for kids to make sure they have a great time having fun, while mum and dad can enjoy a peaceful afternoon to themselves

The months of July and August are the highlight for kids in Lana. From Monday to Saturday, there’s a line-up of fantastic events tailored towards the little ones.

Once again this year, two experienced supervisors have put together some very special activities for six to fourteen-year-olds. Our focus is on action and adventure, not superficial entertainment, so get ready for excitement, creativity and bonding experiences.

For example: Lama trekking tours, climbing adventures, detective games on Monte San Vigilio, a children’s cookery workshop, wild river tubing, a visit to a fish farm, family carriage rides, moonlight events, exploring the Gola di Lana canyon…

Limited availability: We have to limit the number of participants for some events. Please cancel your registration if you are unable to attend an event. This gives other children the chance to take part as well.

You’ll need: sturdy shoes, a backpack, a jumper, a raincoat and a hat.

Bouncy castle

Twice a week, a bouncy castle is set up in the children’s playground in Lana. Kids can really let off steam here. Don’t forget to visit the bouncy castle as well as the slide and swing.

Apple basket – collect points

If you’ve enjoyed our summer programme, it’s well worth taking the time to complete the loyalty card. Each child who takes part in an activity from our children’s programme will be awarded one point. We have a fantastic mystery prize for every child who collects six points.

Snapshots

The childcare staff take great snapshots of the kids. Come and check out the photos. You’re welcome to order copies, we’ll print them out for you or put them onto a CD. The photos can be used in brochures, for documentation on Facebook, or for the website.
